DK99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the DK99 platform, accessible at dk99.link. By registering an account, accessing any section of the website, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any DK99 service. DK99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use DK99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not already hold an active DK99 account.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from DK99 for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid mobile number, and date of birth.

2.1 Age Verification

DK99 may request documentation to verify your age and identity at any time, including at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or if our security systems flag a concern. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification recognised in Pakistan. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.2 Account Accuracy

The information you provide when registering must be accurate. If any of your registered details change — particularly your mobile number or payment account — you are responsible for updating your DK99 profile promptly. DK99 is not liable for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one DK99 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through proxy registration by another person — is strictly prohibited. DK99 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. When identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses voided, and any winnings generated through the duplicate account may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DK99 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact DK99 support immediately at support@dk99.link. DK99 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your DK99 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all applicable verification requirements are satisfied and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending investigations relating to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

DK99 accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players. All transactions are processed in PKR:

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on DK99 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though DK99 may apply transaction limits based on payment provider restrictions or security review requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals at DK99 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the relevant balance have been satisfied.
• DK99 processes standard withdrawals within 24 hours of approval. VIP Club members receive priority processing.

4.4 Payment Processing Times

Times stated above are standard processing targets. Delays may occur due to payment provider outages, bank processing schedules, or security review requirements specific to a transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by DK99 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are specified for each promotion.
• Each player may claim each promotional offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• DK99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or using gameplay patterns designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New DK99 players are eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% matched on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be at least Rs 500. The bonus is credited automatically within a few minutes of the qualifying deposit clearing. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited — unused bonus amounts will expire after this period.

5.3 Referral Bonus

5.4 VIP Club Bonuses

Players enrolled in the DK99 VIP Club receive tier-specific bonuses including cashback on net losses, reload bonuses, and enhanced withdrawal limits. Where VIP bonus terms conflict with these general terms, the VIP-specific terms take precedence for VIP-related matters.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on DK99 are subject to acceptance by DK99 systems. A bet is confirmed only when it appears as accepted in your account's bet history. DK99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds, bets that exceed stated limits, or bets placed after an event has concluded.

6.2 Palpable Errors

If DK99 makes an obvious pricing or technical error — such as cricket odds that are clearly entered incorrectly, roulette payouts displaying a wrong multiplier, or a system displaying a balance incorrectly — DK99 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error, regardless of whether bets have already been settled. Players who take deliberate advantage of palpable errors may have their accounts suspended.

6.3 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as reported by the relevant sporting authority. For cricket, this means results as reported by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Cricket Australia, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), or the ICC for international events. DK99 may use official sources to determine the final result of any event for settlement purposes. Casino game results are determined by the platform's certified random number generator or, in the case of live dealer games, the physical result observed in the live video stream.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each game, market, or bet type on the DK99 platform at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by event, market, account status, and current platform conditions. DK99 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DK99. Players found engaging in any of these activities will have their accounts suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals held pending investigation, and bonuses and bonus-derived winnings voided:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, or exploit games.
• Operating more than one DK99 account, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or software faults for financial gain.
• Using the DK99 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Accessing DK99 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your DK99 account to another person.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the DK99 platform — including but not limited to the DK99 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and betting market data — is the property of DK99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any DK99 content without explicit written permission. Scraping betting data, odds, or content from DK99 using automated tools is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

DK99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is reliable, fast, and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. DK99 shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, or events outside DK99's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings or inability to place a bet due to system outages or network issues on your device or connection.

DK99's total liability to any player in any circumstance shall not exceed the balance held in that player's DK99 account at the time the relevant issue occurred. 10. Responsible Gaming

• Loss limits — restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods — take a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration.

12. Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree with revised Terms, you have the right to close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the DK99 platform after revised Terms come into effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. 13. Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the DK99 Privacy Policy and any specific promotion or product terms referenced herein, constitute the complete agreement between you and DK99. Where any clause in these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void under applicable law, the remaining clauses shall continue in full effect.

In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English language version shall prevail. DK99 will endeavour to resolve any player complaints or disputes through its customer support team in the first instance.
